Comfort Knitting and Crochet: Babies and Toddlers is the follow up to Comfort Knitting & Crochet: Afghans (STC Craft, 2010), and it follows the same strategy as the first book: low cost, great style and plentiful projects for both knitters and crocheters of all levels. The book will feature approximately 50 patterns for babies and toddlers from the renowned Berroco design team, which is led by popular knitwear designer Norah Gaughan; appealing to both the high and low ends of the knitting and crochet markets. Projects will include baby blankets, a market with great growth potential, as well as clothing and toys for babies and toddlers. The styles for the projects are meant to appeal to a range of tastes, from sweet traditional pastels to fresh citrusy palettes, from modern aesthetics to classic aran knits, plus lots of international flair. Gorgeous photographs by Ericka McConnell (the photographer for Weekend Knitting) show the projects and children at their best.
