1. These Terms and Conditions relate to the "Win a tennis racquet signed by Ash Barty" promotion. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promotion commences at 12pm 2nd November 2022 (AEST) and concludes at midnight on 31 December 2022 (AEST)
Entry and eligibility
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents who have satisfied the requirements set out below

Management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families, and franchisees, and management, employees and contractors of franchisees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
6. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase the book "My Dream Time" by Ash Barty from a Collins Booksellers Store and retain the receipt issued by the Store as proof of the purchase;
(b) correctly complete an entry form made available at the Store where the purchase was made; and
(c) submit their correctly completed entry form in person at the Store.
7. A person who returns the Book prior to the draw other than pursuant to their rights under the Australian Consumer Law will be disqualified.
8. Entrants are only permitted to enter the Promotion once. Entrants are not permitted to enter the Promotion at multiple Stores. Multiple entries from a single Entrant will be disqualified.
9. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any contact details entered incorrectly on an entry form will invalidate that entry. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
10. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on every person who participates in the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant in the event that he/she has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prize
11. The Prize consists of an adult sized tennis racquet signed by Ash Barty, valued at $369.99.
12. If the Prize is not taken when offered, it will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
13. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute of equal value, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, and the Winner will be notified accordingly.
Winners
14. The Winner will be determined by the Promoter by 5.00pm on 16th January 2023 (AEST) and the Winner will be notified by email and telephone on or before 23rd January 2023 using the details provided on the winning entry form.
15. If the Winner wishes to claim the Prize, he or she must confirm this fact and his or her eligibility to win under these Terms and Conditions within one (1) month of the Notification date including providing the receipt issued by the Store as proof of purchase. In the event that the Prize is not claimed, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will determine a new Winner pursuant to clause 8.
16. The Promoter will arrange for the Prize to be delivered to the Winner's address provided on the entry form, or any alternative address notified by the Winner to the Promoter in writing to which the Promoter agrees. Property and risk in and to the Prize will pass to the Winner on the Prize being passed to the carrier for delivery to the Winner, and the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the Prize after that time.
Consents
17. By entering into this Promotion, each Entrant (including, but not only, the Winner) acknowledges and consents to the publication of his/her name, photograph and entry by the Promoter in any media (including, but not only, the Promoter's website), throughout the world, for any purpose and without restriction, in perpetuity. All intellectual property rights in all entries vest in the Promoter at the time of entry.
18. By entering into this Promotion, each Entrant (including, but not only, the Winner) acknowledges and consents to receiving email communications from the Promoter from time to time, including marketing and promotional material, unless the Entrant notifies the Promoter by email that he or she no longer wishes to receive email communications.

19. If the Promotion cannot, for any reason, be conducted as anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion.

Winners

The Winner will be determined by the Promoter by 12.00pm on 23rd January 2023 (AEST) at Level 2, 86 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 and the Winner will be notified by email and telephone on or before 5:00pm 4th of February 2023 using the details provided on the winning entry form. The results of the competition will be published in The Australian newspaper on the 13th of February 2022.

Winners

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 1-3 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Refund & Returns Policy
At Collins Booksellers Pty Ltd we, and our franchisees, understand that there will be times when you may want to return items purchased on our website.

Change of mind
Any return requests due to ‘change of mind’ must be submitted via email to websales@collinsbooks.com.au. All ‘change of mind’ return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Collins Booksellers Pty Ltd is not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for return requests due to ‘change of mind’.
If we do accept your ‘change of mind’ return request, the following terms are applicable:
Books must arrive at our shop in new condition
DVDs, CDsand other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed or shrink-wrapped condition.
Postage will not be paid by Collins Booksellers Pty Ltd
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Collins Booksellers Pty Ltdguarantees that any goods purchased from our website are of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are sold and match the sample and any description provided on the website. If you have received the wrong items or where an item has arrived damaged or faulty or in any way does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact our online customer service team via email at websales@collinsbooks.com.au
Where the items received do not meet the consumer guarantees set out above or under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the following remedies:

How long will it take?
Once the returned items are received, we will make every effort to process the return claim within three business days. Where refunds are issued to a credit card account, the refund may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending on the policy of your credit card provider.
